There is a reason they are paid less money than senior private sector people - they ain't that smart! In reality there will be an election bag of goodies for voters to ponder. This has to be 'funded' based on Treasuries modeling/forecasting. It will all come to nothing because a) the modeling/forecasting always turns out to be very inaccurate and b) this government is on borrowed time.
